RTI Statutory Declaration

Sec-4(1)(B) of RTI Act 2005 covers the statutory declaration of Dang Seva Mandal’s Dadasaheb Bidkar Arts, Science and Commerce College, Peth, Nashik on Website. It covers the rules and regulations which are implemented by Govt. of Maharashtra.

Dang Seva Manadal’s Dadasaheb Bidkar Arts, Science and Commerce College, Peth, Nashik is permanently affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune Unversity as per under section 2(f) and 12 (b) of the UGC Act 1956 under the head non government colleges. It runs as per rules and regulations made by the government from time to time.

Dang Seva Manadal’s Dadasaheb Bidkar Arts, Science and Commerce College, Peth, Nashik is established & incorporated as grant in aid college and affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University in the state of Maharashtra with the emphasis to provide for qualitative and industry relevant higher education and to regulate their functions for the matter connected to it. The college has different officers to maintain all types of disciplines on the campus.

Principal: Overall management and administration, monitoring, planning and implementation

Office staff: Managing administration, student services, staff records and procedures, accounting and reporting, etc

Library staff: Managing library including e-resources, maintenance of records, handling transaction, procurement and management of stocks

Laboratory staff: Supporting laboratory work of teachers and students, maintenance of laboratories
